How can I pay for my gifts?
We accept all major credit cards and cheques. We also have a gift voucher facility
for customers who have been given a greatlittlegifts gift
voucher.
Is your website secure?
To make your visit more rewarding and useful, we may monitor customer patterns
and your use of the store via cookies. Cookies are small pieces of information that are stored by your browser on your
computer’s hard drive. Our cookies do not in themselves recognise the
individual user but will recognise the computer you are using so that we know
when you are returning to the shop. Most browsers will automatically accept
cookies, but you can change the settings on your browser to prevent this happening. Please make sure you log out if you use a shared pc for your visit. All payments are processed through secure servers by Protx.
How are gifts wrapped?
We package our gifts in the most environmentally friendly and visually appealing
way.
Our gift boxes are hand made and finished with a simple natural paper tie.
If you purchase an item for a gift we will wrap it in soft cream tissue paper
and natural gift paper and finish it with a simple natural tie.
All gifts include a handwritten gift tag for your own special personal message.

How are gifts delivered?
All orders are sent out via First Class Royal Mail, parcel post or courier delivery and will require a signature on delivery.
We also offer Royal Mail Special Delivery if you wish an item to be delivered on a certain date and can send items overseas if required. Please see our Delivery Page for more information.
We aim to dispatch all orders by the next working day, but if orders are received before 13.00hrs, we will do our best to dispatch them that day (Mon-Fri only).
What is the cost of delivery?
The cost of delivery (whether by Courier or Royal Mail) is included in the price of your gift box or order.
The only extra cost for delivery you will need to pay for is £5.95, if you choose the Special Delivery option (orders must be received by 13.00hrs Mon-Thurs only for this service. Special Delivery cannot be guaranteed for Saturdays).
