Definitions
a Gift/Gift Box: refers to the boxes, and other gift items supplied by the The Great Little Gift Company to the Customer.

the Customer: means the Customer who purchases the Gift/Gift Box.

Making the contract
Your order is an offer by you. We will confirm acceptance of your offer by e-mail confirming the order.

Payment
We accept Mastercard, Visa and most major credit cards via our secure server.

We also accept cheques for orders by post and orders will be dispatched once cheques have cleared. Please download an order form to enclose with your cheque.

All prices include VAT and delivery as detailed.

Any fees incurred by The Great Little Gift Company because of incorrect credit card details or queries from your credit card company will be passed onto you and will be automatically deducted from your credit card. The Great Little Gift Company will notify you of the amount of the fees.

Delivery
We will endeavour to ensure that gift boxes/gifts are received by the customer within 5 days (UK only) of dispatch by the Great Little Gift Company.

We aim to dispatch gift boxes and gifts by the next working day.

Please contact us if you would like to send a gift box/gift overseas.

Returns
The customer may cancel this agreement by writing to the Great Little Gift Company and returning the gift box within 10 days of receipt.
The gift box/gift must be returned by the customer and not the recipient and a full refund will only be given if the box and its contents is returned unused and in its original packaging.

The customer will be responsible for all return delivery charges and we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service. The Great Little Gift Company cannot be held responsible for returned gift boxes that fail to reach us.

Complaints
If you are unhappy with the quality of our products or any element of our service we will endeavour to deal with your complaint as quickly as possible. Our full contact details are on our Contact Page.

Ordering
As soon as we have confirmed your order you, the buyer, is deemed to have agreed to and is bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Data Protection
The Great Little Gift Company will endeavour always to comply with our privacy policy

Limitation of liability
The Great Little Gift Company shall not be liable for loss, damage, deterioration, wear or expense arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with the following:

minor variations in the general appearance of items shown on the website including colour, shade and/or texture.

delay(s) of less than 4 weeks beyond the date of delivery

any other circumstances beyond the control of The Great Little Gift Company, which could not be avoided by reasonable care

The Great Little Gift Company shall not be liable to the Customer for any unforeseeable or indirect loss suffered or incurred by the Customer or others.
